What you send us is not confidential.
When you confirm your email, you agree to get emails from Derrik, and texts if you gave your mobile number. You can stop them any time.
You need a written license signed by Derrik to use his name, face, voice or any recording of him in anything public.
If you sign a separate agreement with us, that agreement wins wherever it says something different, and Wyoming law applies to all agreements.
Every invoice is due as soon as you get it, with a late fee of 2% each week it stays unpaid.
We'll try to sort it out together, but if it isn't settled 30 days after it's due, either side can take it to binding arbitration.
If we have a disagreement or claim about working with Derrik, you pay your own and our legal costs, including lawyer and arbitration fees.
We'd follow the American Arbitration Association's business rules, with one arbitrator, based in Wyoming, and it can happen by video.
